It was a massacre!

If you ever find yourself in Paris do yourself a favor and have dinner at Le Academie de la Biere.  Mussels, fries, and beer people.  Need I say more?

We Heart Freiburg

We left Prague Saturday morning on an eight hour journey to Freiburg, Germany to visit some old friends.  I (Kathy) can’t remember the last time I saw the Quaas family, but I can’t be this close to Germany without stopping to see them.

 Spent an afternoon “wandern” and relaxed in the Black Forest with Luki and his friends from culinary school  (translate - really good snackies on the hike)  And it wasn’t so much a hike as it was sitting on a hillside and enjoying the sun.  It was perfect.

Back on the Road Again.

Kathy and I are back out hitting the road this weekend.  Friday was a holiday in the Czech Republic.  So what are we to do with our 3 day weekend?  Drive to Poland of course! Just arrived in Krakow and had an amazing Polish style dinner at a secret downstairs restaurant.
